COVID- 19 UPDATE

MAY 24TH 2020

To our valued guests,

With our re-opening date is set for July 1st, our team is very excited to soon be able to continue providing you and your family with a memorable and safe wildlife experience! Our guides Matt, Jeff, Jordan and Jens can't wait to get on the water again to show you the beauty our West Coast has to offer.

The health and safety of our passengers, staff and community is our top priority and therefore we developed together with other BC Whale Watching Operators the following guidelines in accordance with WorkSafeBC, Transport Canada, The Passenger Vessel Association and government officials.

  • Our staff needs to report if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness and will not be allowed to present at work.

  • All passenger need to complete a brief health questionnaire upon check-in.

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any guest displaying symptoms of illness or have recently been in contact with someone showing symptoms.

  • Our office will be prepared to allow physical distancing with floor markings and signs. We are a small company with limited availability so there will never be more than 12 guests inside our office and on board our boats.

  • Passengers and guides are required to wear protective face masks which covers their nose and mouth during the whole duration of their tour. If you don't have your own mask you can purchase one in our office.

  • We will have strict cleaning and sanitation protocols in place for both our office and boats using products certified by Health Canada and/or the British Columbia Ministry Of Health.

  • Hand sanitizers will be available in our office and on our boats.

  • Handwashing Stations will be provided before and after each tour.

  • Hats, gloves and goggles will not be provided at this time and guests are asked to bring their own.

Reservation can already be made for July 1st an onward through our online booking system and by phone. For inquiries and questions about existing reservation please email us and we get back to you within 48 hours.

We will be following closely on the developments regarding COVID- 19 and if anything changes we will act accordingly. We ask for your understanding and flexibility.

Stay healthy, be safe and be excited about your next adventure with us!
